How it Works?
For a service where all the spots are filled up, your clients can add themselves to waitlists directly from the service store-
Businesses can access the list of waitlists for each service from the dashboard.
In your dashboard, locate “Waitlists.”
Click “Waitlists” to get detailed data on your waitlisted clients.
Filter view the data based on types of services and Service Name.
In the table, you can see details such as Service start date, User email, Service name for classes, events, and facilities and Date & time, Name, User email, and Service name for classpacks and memberships.
Whenever a client cancels their bookings or hasn’t checked in even after the check-in window is closed, that particular slot opens up, and emails are sent automatically to the waitlisted clients.
This feature is released to make waitlist management easier and more efficient. A detailed view of people who’ve joined the waitlist will give you an idea about the actions needed to be carried out for that particular service.

A new update to our New Service store - Personalization! We are sunsetting our older wordings and launching a centralized page where you can personalize wordings for your website. This feature helps you to impart a personal touch to your website.
For instance,
If you're running a kid’s daycare business, the generic "Create an Account" might not resonate as strongly as "Create your Child’s Account."
Similarly, you can now personalize "Classes" into "Courses", "Clients" into "Parents", "Message Us" into "Write to Us," and much more.
With this feature available in our New Service Store, you can establish a deeper connection with your clients by using language that speaks directly to them.

We've released a significant update to our OmnifyGo App, designed with our commitment to enhancing user experience and functionality. In our latest release, we've focused on improving how you connect with your youngest clients.
What's New?
In the "Client Details" section, we've introduced a thoughtful enhancement for instances where a client is a child without an email or phone number on file. Now, instead of encountering blank fields, you'll find the contact details of the child's parent or payer prominently displayed. This update is especially useful for businesses engaged in children's activities, childcare, and educational classes, ensuring you can always communicate swiftly and effectively, particularly in urgent situations.
How to Use It:
Accessing this new feature is straightforward. Simply navigate to the "Clients" section, click on a client's name, and you'll be directed to their profile, where you can view the contact information for their respective parents or payers. You will also find the same information while navigating the attendees in a schedule.
This enhancement is part of our ongoing efforts to refine and expand the capabilities of OmnifyGo, ensuring it remains a valuable tool for your business.
In most software we use, one common problem we face is around exports. Either they are not easily discoverable, or the exports are not properly structured. We ourselves had faced this challenge at Omnify. We had 76 requests on our request board asking for just this feature. And we are so glad to start 2024 (our year of new features) with a new addition to our Data Centre- Exports!
Analyzing data is the most effective way to comprehend your business performance- you can understand your revenue, bookings, client insights, and so much more. Now, with this release, our exports are much more powerful with structured columns, the addition of custom fields, and more. You can also use filters to export filtered data- giving you the flexibility of having the information you want.
Earlier, our customers had to navigate to different pages to export required data. Now, with this new launch, we've centralized all exports onto one accessible page, providing a unified solution for exporting your business data with greater flexibility and control.
We are currently supporting exports around Sales, Bookings, Subscriptions, Clients, Check-ins, Walk-ins, and Attendees (for every schedule). We are adding more exports in the coming few months.
How does it work?
Comprehensive Reports Page
To access your data, click “Data Center” on the left side panel of the Omnify dashboard to view the exports page.
Access a variety of data directly from the dashboard. Here you will find-
Specific date range and filter views to export desired reports

Sales Report: Download transaction history
Bookings Report: Retrieve your booking history
Subscriptions Report: Access your Class Pack and Membership History
Clients Report: Download extensive data of each and every client.

Imports
If businesses want to import their data, it’s possible with Omnify, too. From the “Imports” tab,
Download the provided template, fill in client details, and map them accordingly.
Invite clients to log in to their dashboard. They can start by sending them welcome emails!
Data Export
Download the selected exports in XLSX or CSV format directly from the exports tab. You can also view the extensive details about the requested report.

We have released a new functionality in Classes. You can create different schedules for different days.
Bringing Flexibility to Class Schedule.
Flexible Schedules for Different Days of the Week
With this feature, you can add different class timings for different days, which means you can have different schedules for a class on different days.
Ex: You might have a Class named Tennis Coaching Lesson for ages 6-10. You can have the schedules for the week like the following:
Mon: 6AM-7AM
Tue: 8AM-9AM
Wed: 9AM-10AM
And so on.
How it works?
While creating a Class from the Dashboard, you’ll see the Class Schedule option.
Select the option Custom from the dropdown.
And now, you can add the Start and End times for all days.
Changes to Class Packs
The Fixed-term and the Ongoing Class Packs will have no impact because of this feature- they will function as before.
Changes to Service Store
For all Custom times, there will be a small label next to timings called Custom in the Service Store next to the specific Class.

Membership Management on Auto-Pilot.
Membership 3.0 brings new features to enhance your membership management experience. Add different benefits to your Memberships. Make them more effective with controls. And do even more with our new update.
Bringing Benefits to Membership
Improved User-Experience
Tap the new Membership Create button to create a membership and also add the benefits to it. You can also add multiple benefits to the same membership- access to services and pricing benefits for the same. Log in to try it out.
Access Benefit
With Access Benefit, you can link certain services to the membership- this will allow the members to get access to the linked services automatically. You can also allow access to all your services to the members who have purchased the membership and have an active status.
You can also add restrictions, e.g., in a day or month, a member, etc can make a certain number of bookings.
Discount Benefit
You can give pricing or discount benefits to your members- this will allow your members to have a discounted price for specific services or all services. You can also add different discounts to different services- currently, you can add up to 5 discount benefits.
You can also add restrictions, e.g., allow a member to avail of the discount only when the purchase value is of a certain amount or allow members to redeem a discount a certain number of times during a particular duration.

All membership settings under control
Your Membership settings are now under membership controls, so you can set up your membership management and payments as you want— including allowing auto-renewals or not, allowing membership to be active when payment is pending, and more.

New Home.
We have moved Membership from Services to its own home. You’ll now find memberships under the left Menu panel.
Cancelation & Refunds.
We have added more flexibility in Membership Cancelation and Refunds. Now, you can set up cancelation and refund policies like other services.
Joining Fee.
Add a one-time membership fee to your memberships or not. It’s entirely up to you.
Search Your Memberships.
Our new membership listing page sorts memberships from the latest to the oldest to make finding memberships easier. To add to a better experience, we have added the search option to your membership listing to make it easier to find your search.

We fixed a problem where some users saw a "502 Bad gateway" error when booking recurring slots for facilities. This happened because the way we stored the slots had a limit. We have increased the storage capacity and changed the system, so everything should work smoothly now.
Some users had trouble logging into the Dashboard. This happened because of issues with redirects in our system. We have made important changes to authenticate logged-in users, so users should be able to log in without problems now.
A few businesses experienced a problem where their clients were charged multiple times. This happened because clients purchased class packs without any available class schedules. We have fixed this issue by ensuring clients cannot book class packs without available classes. The system will automatically refund any duplicate payments within 3-7 days or sooner. You can see these refunds as "uncaptured" in your Stripe Dashboard. If needed, you can also manually process refunds from the Stripe Dashboard.
We have resolved the problem with the deliverability of the "one-time passcode email" for login. We have implemented dedicated resources to ensure the OTP emails are delivered properly.
Some businesses had problems where their clients couldn't book ongoing class packs. This happened because of a technical error during a previous update. We have now fixed the issue, so everything should work correctly.
We had a problem where clients couldn't use discount coupons when booking recurring slots for appointments and facilities. This issue only occurred with recurring bookings. However, we have now fixed this problem. Your clients should be able to use discount coupons without trouble for all the services.

We are thrilled to announce the launch of Omnify's Multiple & Recurring Slot Bookings for Appointments -- an innovative addition to our platform that allows your clients to book multiple slots manually or set recurrence for their favourite services. After facilities, we have now added this new feature to appointments as well. You can now offer your clients the convenience of booking multiple appointments at once, saving them time and hassle.
This new release comes with two significant updates to our existing appointments booking feature-
Multiple Slot Booking feature lets your clients book and block their favourite slots in advance across days, weeks, and months. They would be able to select multiple slots- different days, different times or a combination of both as per their convenience at one go.
Recurring Slots Booking feature is an innovative addition that allows your clients to book recurring slots over days, weeks, and months. Your clients can choose default recurrences or set custom recurrences for different slots.
We give your clients the option to select the start date and the end date of recurrences or the number of times a recurring booking has to take place, it is all customizable as per their requirements.
For example, your clients can say book your physiotherapy session every Monday 6 AM-7 AM or every Weekend 7 AM-8 AM and Weekdays 6 AM-7 AM. It’s a robust system allowing the maximum flexibility.
To enable this feature, make sure you enable it while creating an Appointment, it is available under Advanced Setting.
How is it convenient for your clients?
This feature is designed to make the booking process more accessible and hassle-free for your clients. Whether your clients need regular ongoing appointments or just a single appointment, all of it can be done with Omnify.
How it works- They can select the desired service, date, and time (they can choose to book appointments daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or on a custom schedule that suits their needs. and frequency of their appointments, and the system will automatically generate all future appointments on their behalf. This feature allows your clients to make recurring appointments for as far into the future as they need, giving them peace of mind that their bookings are taken care of.

Last Quarter, we released 30+ upgrades to improve every aspect of the Omnify platform. Today, we are launching the biggest upgrade to our Facility Scheduling feature including:

Multiple & Recurring Slots Booking across facilities – The most comprehensive feature which allows multiple and recurring slot bookings across different facilities in a category.
The way people make bookings has changed forever- and that’s true for sports facilities & other amenities. That’s why we’re making facility scheduling more powerful than ever. With our newest update, you can improve your revenue and retention by enabling your clients to book multiple and recurring slots for future.
First, people are more likely to book more than one slot on the same day, across days, weeks and even months. Second, people are taking up sports in a regular basis, so we added recurring bookings feature, giving your clients the ease to book a weeks or months slots in advance. Third, they can do multiple slot bookings across different facilities under a category!
Multiple Slot Bookings
People are now more flexible about booking on web or their phone— they search for their facility and dates, and if available they make a booking. That’s why we’re introducing a multiple slot bookings across days, weeks and months- making it easier for your clients to book and block their favorite slots well in advance. As they book one slot, the bottom bar automatically shows them that they’ve selected one slot which in turn prompts them to select multiple at one go.
What does it mean for you? This enables you to increase your revenue by manu folds, help you with filling up your slots and most importantly gives you an unique advantage where you provide your loyal clients with superior booking experience.
Recurring Slot Bookings
When we launched the recurring booking feature, one of our users in Canada booked $10,000 in CAD in just one day. We were amazed at the value created by the recurring slot bookings feature launch.
That’s why we have opened it up to you, a feature that enables people to book recurring slots over days, weeks and months. The recurrences can be chosen with our default settings and also we have a custom setting where they can set different recurrences for different slots. For example, your clients can say book your court every Monday 6AM-7AM or book a pool every Weekends 7AM-8AM and Weekdays 6AM-7AM.
To enable the recurrence feature, make sure you enable it under the facility category.
Slot Bookings across different Facilities
Now, is the update that we are most excited about. Our engineering team really pushed the envelope and created the WoW feature.
Now, people can book slots across different facilities and across days, weeks and months— also recurring slots. We created multiple facility booking, an innovative feature that helps you take bookings across different facilities with ease. For example, a client is looking for a court to book at 9AM on Weekdays. With this feature, say if Court no. 1 on a Monday is booked however Court no. 2 is available. With our interface and this feature, people can book Court no. 2 for every Monday and Court no. 1 for rest of the days!
