We have fixed this issue by ensuring clients cannot book class packs without available classes. The system will automatically refund any duplicate payments within 3-7 days or sooner. You can see these refunds as "uncaptured" in your Stripe Dashboard. If needed, you can also manually process refunds from the Stripe Dashboard.
